Preparing to Register

Thank you for your interest in Avon Community School Corporation!  Below is information that will serve as a helpful tool for the registration process of your child. 

How do I know which school my child will attend?

Please refer to the School Boundaries for the 2009-2010 School Year document to confirm where your child will attend school.

What documentation do I need to register my child?

Once you know where your child will attend school, our district requires that you have appropriate documentation for enrollment to bring to that school.  Beginning August 1, parents should bring this documentation to your designated school to complete the enrollment process. 

The following documentation is required for registration:

1.  Authentic Birth Certificate

2.  Updated Immunization Records

3.  Two proofs of residency showing the physical address of your residence
